How to pave pvc flooring on the base floor?

Requirements on the ground

The requirements for the base layer of the ground when paving the PVC floor are as follows: the surface of the cement base layer should be smooth, hard, dry, dense, clean, free of grease and other impurities, and should not have defects such as pitted surface, sand, cracks. Specifically, there are the following aspects:

1. Ground flatness requirements:

2. The leveling layer should be firmly combined with the next layer, and there should be no hollow drum.

Use a thermohygrometer to check the temperature and humidity. The indoor temperature and surface temperature should be higher than 15°C and lower than 30°C. The relative air humidity suitable for the building should be between 20% and 75%.

 The laying of the floor

1. Both coil materials and block materials should be placed on site for more than 24 hours to restore the memory of the materials. The temperature should be consistent with the construction site. The burrs of the coil materials should be cut and cleaned with a special trimming machine.

2. When laying, the overlap of the two pieces of material should be cut by overlap, usually requiring an overlap of 3 cm. Be careful to keep the cut open. When the store is stuck, roll up one end of the coil. First clean the floor and the back of the coil, then scrape the glue off the floor.

3. After pasting the floor, use a cork block to flatten the floor surface to squeeze out the air. Then use 50 or 75 kg steel rollers to roll the floor evenly, and trim the splicing edges in time. Excess glue on the floor surface should be wiped off in time.

After 24 hours, slotting and welding should be performed again.

1. Slotting must be done after the glue is completely cured. Use a special slotting device to slot along the joint. In order to make the welding firm, the weld should not penetrate the bottom. The recommended groove depth is 2/3 of the floor thickness. At the end where the slitter cannot be operated, please use a manual slitter to cut with the same depth and width.

2. Before welding, the dust and particles remaining in the groove must be removed.

3. The temperature of the welding gun should be set at approximately 350 degrees.

4. After the wire has cooled down, use a spatula to shovel off the excess wire.
